I would recommend Ephesus Princess. We and our child were delighted. There's a mini zoo, peacocks, and the best kids club I've ever seen. Sandy beach, clean, bright. Lunch is right there. The only problem with the stroller there is difficult - the steps. The largest water park in Turkey is nearby, but if you choose the Aqua Fantasy hotel (which I would also advise.
