How to proceed?
In the spring we booked a tour in Pegasus (through agents) by
the maximum possible price for us from Vladivostok, after some time we were informed that Pegasus had canceled all tours to Turkey from Vlad-ka and we had a choice either to refuse completely or to fly from Khabarovsk (accordingly, the cost increased for the road to Khab-k and back), because we have already tuned in to the trip, we decided to go. We bought a ticket, and now we see that the cost of our tour has decreased by almost 18 thousand rubles! For us, this is a VERY significant amount. Our agent said that we would not be able to rebook the tour at the new price, because. in the Pegasus system, we "lit up" in the previous armor. Now there is a desire to completely terminate the contract and buy the tour again at today's price, but vague doubts torment us, what if this system will refuse our reservation?

What is this mysterious "system" that tracks the "lit up" tourists?
And is there really no MOT in Vladivostok besides Pegasus?

As I understand it, this is an electronic system for booking tours in Pegasus ... I don’t know other TOs who would organize charters to Turkey from our region, and now the closest option is Khabarovsk.

look at Teztur, Turtes, Aneks, Intourist, Anekstur, Mostrevel. they are all tour operators. on their websites you can select a tour

And with Pegasus, I personally don’t want to get involved anymore ...

Lazzi, you were rightly told, look at Teztur's website. I really like this tour operator. Never had any complaints. Then, when you find a suitable one, go to your travel agency and cancel the tour.
If asked to indicate the reason - as an option - they fell ill, etc.
Then you buy from Tez, or go to another agency (I think there are a lot of them in Vladik) and try to book a tour through Pigas there (if you like it so much).
Another option is to watch the tour with a flight from Moscow. I think it will still be cheaper than with a flight from Khabarovsk. And buy a Vladik-Moscow-Vladik ticket yourself.

Thanks for the answers, I looked at all the listed MOTs, unfortunately, none of them carry from Vlad-ka or Khabar-ka, it turns out that Pegasus is a monopolist in charter tours here. If it is not possible to re-register through another agency, then the worst option remains - from Msk. flights through Moscow. very costly in terms of strength, time, and money (it definitely won’t work out cheaper). Well, or again return to the dilemma of paying dearly and relaxing with a spoiled mood or not driving at all)). Thanks again to everyone who responded.

Lazzi, I think that the flight from Khabarovsk to Antalya will be similar in duration to Moscow. For the price, how much I can judge from the advertising that they play with us (I myself am from Sakhalin), then a tour to a 3 * hotel from Khabarovsk costs about 80 thousand rubles. From Moscow, such a tour will cost you 15-20 thousand rubles. + a ticket to Moscow (I don’t know when you fly, but if in August, then the ticket is about 26 thousand round trip, and in September-October it is much cheaper. 17 thousand. The savings are significant.

She found herself in this situation. I can suggest you change the hotel (to a more expensive one) I did it. There will be questions please contact.

Lazzi, you are not serfs and not slaves of Pegasus, you are free to book tours, refuse to book, book again. The agent just doesn't want to lose his commission. Read your contract with the agency regarding the cancellation of the cancellation of the tour, there may be fines. No one can forbid you to go after the cancellation to another agency and re-buy the tour.

Friends, thank you very much for the good advice and offers of help. We decided to terminate the contract and still fly from Msc. (Elena25, I take back my words about the fact that this option is more expensive), for our dates in the second half of September, the plane is 12 thousand per person, in addition, Teztour has more interesting hotel offers both in cost and content . The contract does not provide for penalties in case of refusal for more than a month, so I hope to return the money more or less painlessly ..

I am writing to those who are interested in how it ended. Because the cancellation of the tour took place more than a month in advance, no fines were taken from us, a commission for the return of money too. We rebooked to another hotel, a little lower in price, but according to the conditions we even liked it better (we found it ourselves), the flight from Moscow. The difference in price was returned to us, it turned out to be a very decent amount, almost 50 thousand rubles, of which 25 thousand were spent on tickets to Moscow and back. In general, the savings turned out to be significant, taking into account the fact that the purchase of tickets to Khabarovsk has disappeared (about 10 thousand rubles). We concluded for ourselves that there is no need to rush when buying tours in advance, this option is far from always successful. On the other hand, if they had refused less than a month before the start of the tour, they would have been fined. This is such a lottery.

I'm glad that everything worked out for you. I'll add my observations. There is no need to rush when ordering a tour for another reason. Life is life, and everything happens in it. It is impossible to predict in 3-4 months that you or your relatives will not get sick during this time, will not go on a business trip, will not get into an accident, and you never know what else. We never buy a tour earlier than 3 weeks before departure. There have never been any failures due to lack of seats on the plane or due to the fact that the hotel has "gone to a stop".
