However, he only works during the day. But then they ate, immediately shook the "fat". I personally can say about myself that I threw off 3 kg with such a rhythm. With a height of 162 and a weight of 50 kg, before arriving at the hotel, I left with a weight of 46.5 kg. And all this from walking :) And I ate for three. So that's a plus as well.
