They took a ticket for a week and at my request, TA made a request (oral) to the TO about the presence of corporate parties there during this period (fool, it would be better to ask the hotel directly). The answer was joyful for me and, as a result, the vacation was successfully spoiled (everything is described in my review). The hotel told me that they knew about these corporate parties for 2 months!
When, upon arrival home, I made a claim, the TO answered me, but where is our written answer that there will be no corporate parties there? In the end, I received only an apology from TA.
We met the Germans there, who were also very outraged by that disgrace. So, at home they received compensation of 50% of the cost of the tour (recently received a letter), despite the fact that they did not make any request in advance, even verbally.
These are the realities. So, we can only learn from our mistakes and not rely on the decency of our TO and TA.

This is what the German owner of the hotel explained to me. In most hotels, the standard has a different price, something like this; SV - sea view is the most expensive, PV - pool view is a little cheaper, GV - garden view is again cheaper and favorite rooms for CIS countries Back View - road view (construction and other unsightly places). If your TO ordered exactly Back View, then you can arrange anything at the reception, but you are only required to provide a room there or if there are other rooms available, but this, as you agree, is better.
