I have never traveled myself, but in general, public transport is very well developed in Turkey. Local buses run quite frequently. I’m not sure that you can leave directly from the airport, I didn’t see any buses there except for those that came for organized tourists. But if you get to Antalya itself, then it will certainly not be difficult to catch a bus to Alanya. Drive about 2-2.5 hours. For the price - I think it will be about $ 20, from Kemer to Antalya it cost 14, Kemer is closer.

Not true!!!! buses to Alanya run from the Antalya bus station, quite regularly. From the airport to the center of Antalya, a taxi is 20 lira. I don’t count on savings from independent travel, just being tied to one operator / city / hotel and walking / traveling in a group is BORING!
