The action is just right. Three people drove right today :-)
The certificate was requested only during registration in Boryspil. They asked to show in the appendix the international Vaccination certificate, and to show the bar code (it is there in the detailed information).
No one was checked or questioned in Turkey.
The hotel asked for the HES code.
