Apyatka, there should be no problem with paper certificates, they can be received the day after the 2nd dose. In extreme cases, in Boryspil it will always be possible to quickly pass an express antigen test and fly safely.

There were no problems with paper certificates either when leaving Ukraine for Turkey, or back. HPS code (the one that Turkey will issue after filling out the questionnaire) is checked at the entrance to the shopping center. Have us 2 times and checked.
