We bought a tour about a month ago in Belarus, friends have now decided to join us .. and there is a complete 'stop' everywhere .. On a request to TO - they freeze until they give no official answers. TA assumes that there is a possibility that there will be a castling with the hotel. Interestingly, can only the hotel be replaced or the departure dates the same?
