last time I flew on a UIA charter in December, it was like 7 hand and 20 luggage ... or 23, like all charters ... I don’t remember anymore ... but I always carry 2 suitcases and a women’s bag with me, one in luggage, the second I have never been less than 8 kg (the laptop is always with me, they let me in with a slight margin ...) when the suitcase in hand luggage weighed 10 kg, I had to talk for a long time to let it go without surcharge ...
