Believe my 8 years holiday experience in Turkey (6 times in Kemer, once in Kusadasi and 1 time in Belek) - all restaurants have outdoor terraces! Maybe not always with a sea view, but, again, believe me, this is not very important. It's still very cool to have breakfast and especially to dine on the terrace, in the air - they all have a beautiful view, although not necessarily on the sea. And you should definitely dine in an air-conditioned building.

In Turkey, in UTOPIA WORLD (means WORLD OF DREAMS, a non-existent unreal world) there is a huge GREEN territory 5 large swimming pools, 3 bars, its rather big water park, and the seashore in its own bay is gently sloping + 2 pontoons, on the left is a wild beach. The seashore is low, but just a hotel high on the mountain and down to the sea along the hotel bridge over the road and on the elevator 5-7 floors down (or by the hotel minibus before turning onto the bridge 200 m). We agree that UTOPIA is not suitable for families with infants and people with sore feet, heart, and nerves. ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE without imported drinks and fresh juices.

rested last year in this hotel: a restaurant overlooking the sea. but apart from this view, the hotel had NOTHING to boast of!!!! no normal food and drink, no service. NOTHING!!! (and we are unpretentious people, we don’t require lobsters, at least a piece of meat or fish). We can only recommend this hotel to our worst enemies!!! maybe you should add some more criteria to "sea view"?
