I never write reviews, but I just can't keep quiet about this. There is clearly something wrong with this hotel.
The staff, in particular the front desk.
I was horrified by their service. No one is going to tell you anything. Rude, snort and ignore. The young lady Elena at the reception will do everything possible to spoil your mood with her one look and tone that demonstrates that you got her and she has absolutely nothing to do with your questions and problems. If you have a tour at 7 and do not have time for breakfast, you will not be allowed to take even a piece of bread with you. And if you arrived from the excursion late late, you have only 3 minutes before the restaurant closes, then they will take all the food right from under your nose and shrug.
Rooms.

First you will be settled in a terrible room, for example, on the first floor under the stairs, and then they will demand money if you want to change it. Then they will show even worse, and if you refuse to live in a room with a disgusting smell, old, killed furniture, then they will charge you $ 20 for each day (not a night, that is, if 7 nights, then they will take 8 days) and settle in plus or minus normal . The air conditioners in the rooms either do not work or work poorly. At the same time, again, at the reception they will not tell you how things are and when they plan to fix the breakdown, they will simply put you before the fact. In order for something to be repaired for you, for example, in our deluxe room the sink was clogged, you need to tell about it at least 7 times.
Sea.
To take a sunbed, you need to be on the beach at 6 am. Otherwise, you will lie on a towel in the passage, paying for 5 stars.
Nutrition.
Norm food. I would like more fruit, there were only apples, watermelons and melons, and all of them are not very tasty. The rest of the kitchen is good. They cook delicious, but again, definitely not 5 stars. There are not enough spoons, forks, plates. Places in the dining room too.
Territory.
Large but poorly made. Lots of places to stay, but they are all under the scorching sun, no shade, no umbrellas, no plants. Beautiful view just around the hotel, which can be seen almost anywhere in the territory.
Internet.
Practically does not catch. Nowhere. If you have Internet on your phone, it's like a holiday.
This hotel I would call as a struggle. For a sunbed, for a place in a restaurant, for the attention of the staff. I definitely don't recommend it.
