Ужасно Terrible

Everything would be fine... if not everything is bad... I will not repeat many of the reviews, the most basic and what finally finished off is that the paid service in the spa at the hotel was not completed !! ! We paid for 4 spa procedures, received only three, and at this we were told "finish" how surprised we were when we presented a receipt for payment for four procedures ? ! To which they did not receive an answer from either the hotel representative or our tour operator from the Anex tour, or from anyone, moreover, all these above-mentioned representatives did not take our side (the side of vacationers), but the side of the spa salon and their employees....Although it was noted in the accounting book that only three procedures out of four were completed !! ! So if you want to spoil your vacation as much as possible with such moments and give your money to not clean, rude people, then they are waiting for you!! ! As they say, without LOHA and life is bad...
And to all this, as a bonus, there are no places on the beach from the word at all, unless you are a fan of taking a place at five in the morning and not just taking it, but also guarding it, since your towel and things without you mean absolutely nothing, they are thrown off and take your place, plus a dirty restaurant queue not only for food, but also corny for a plate and appliances, which, by the way, are dirty, even if they are clean. Well, the tables are no exception, of course... first, find a table to run, wait for someone over your soul, or vice versa, they will stand over you waiting until you release it))) then find a person with a dirty rag who will clean it and wipe it off, and as usual sit guard it!!!
In general, your entire holiday will consist in the pursuit of a place, moreover, everywhere, and banal rudeness and indifference !! ! I hope my review will help someone when choosing a vacation and a hotel, because no savings are worth it to choose this hotel! Have a nice holiday somewhere else.
