You can easily find a lot of all kinds of travel agencies. Prices are cheap everywhere, plus or minus. We always traveled with Ginza. Everything was OK. I won't speak for the rest. Trade is appropriate.

They will find you themselves, just walk outside the hotel. Compare prices and check terms before you buy

Ginza Travel look for an inscription on the street, the guys are normal, I traveled myself and took excursions from them, everything is fine, + the prices are good. Find them on Instagram and they will come to the hotel.

ginzatravel_kemer is their Instagram

Find what you will find, butooo ..... Before choosing a tour agency, collect reviews of other tourists about it. We returned on September 10 from Kemer, Camyuva. We had the misfortune to use the services of such street agencies once and vowed (we decided to save a couple of dollars). The result was a completely spoiled mood and a loss of impressions from beautiful sights. The tour was Olympos, turtle beach, Chimera, dinner in Ulupinar. Well, all this in jeeps (I don’t know from what era).
All the sightseers expected the stories of the guide, etc. And in return we got a guide who hardly speaks Russian and such a strict time limit for viewing objects that we didn’t have time to read the information. I especially "liked" the time limit for the ascent and descent from the Chimera even without flashlights. A quarter of the group never managed to climb the mountain at all.
Everyone was ESPECIALLY pleased with the guide's advice on how to cheat the ticket office and the offer to take a picture of the information stand in Turkish / English and read everything at home.

We used the services of Ginza Travel, saving not a couple of dollars, but 50% of the excursions offered by tour operators, a good discount for children. We were on two excursions - Demre / Mira / Kekova and on a yacht with a stop at Phaselis and a foamy disco. We didn't have any problems or complaints. Russian speaking guide, everything went according to schedule. The only thing that bothered me was the persistent "recommendations" to buy something in Demre at the church of St. Nicholas - well, it's like that everywhere ...

Look for the travel agency "Ginza Travel" in Kemer (see photo) https://www.ekskursiivkemere.com/

"Ginza Travel" I will write down for myself. Thanks for the advice. We'll use it next year. Maybe we were unlucky, well, it happens ...... Well, as they say: who is warned is armed

Definitely, any tour that a hotel guide will offer you will be noticeably more expensive than the one bought "on the street". But then, with insurance, as he will argue. We took in street agencies, and everything went well. You decide. Do not be fooled by a "free trip" to go to a boutique (salon, shop, factory) to look at leather or fur products. They will lick, treat with wine, compliment and talk about their hard share. Unpleasant hand twisting......

Completely agree with everyone posted above. Moreover, many excursions offered by hotel guides duplicate "street" excursions, at a price of at least 2-3 times higher than that of hotel guides. And by the way, when buying excursions on the street, we were told that their price includes insurance, maybe show-offs, but thank God we didn’t need it :)

All bags already come to Turkey with insurance. It DOES NOT expire on excursions, except for those where tourists are engaged in extreme sports. So you don't have to listen to this insurance talk at all.
I also recommend Ginza.
аватар TatiVova
As far as I know and spelled out in the contract for the provision of tourist services, insurance only applies to excursions (any) from the same tour operator. If you purchased a tour in another place, the insurance does not work and all the problems are yours personally.
аватар Pachok
No, you have incorrect information.
There is nothing of the kind either in the INSURANCE contract, which you receive with the insurance form, or in the contract with the agency.
If you come across some wild agency that has inserted such a clause into its contracts, then it still has no legal force, since the counterparties under the insurance contract are only you and the insurance company.
аватар TatiVova
I know who the counterparties are, and here is your truth.
But it would be very interesting for me to listen to the person who received insurance, etc. in the event of an accident during an excursion from a travel agency other than the one who sold them the tour. If examples are known, then I will gladly add to my treasury of knowledge. Thanks

You just need to open the insurance and read. There is not a word about your or any other travel agent. And in the event of an insured event, you call the assistance of the insurance company, and not TA. You are asked for the insurance number, not the name of the travel agency.
The insurance is valid for a period of time and not for specific events. I repeat - ordinary insurance does not cover diving and skiing, but absolutely ALL sightseeing and historical excursions - of course, yes. And you repeat the lies of the guides, who thus scare inexperienced tourists in order to sell their excursions. Yes, in fact, these tales have already been discussed many times, laughed at and forgotten about 7-10 years ago.
You can add my husband’s dad to your piggy bank, who dared to hurt his leg in Didim without agreeing with the host’s guide :) Everything happened as described above - a call to the assistance, an insurance number, a doctor’s arrival at the hotel, necessary manipulations, dressings before leaving home . Dad didn’t pay a dime to anyone, the hospital itself resolved issues with the insurance.
аватар Vika284
They laughed at the insurance, which is valid only for excursions from guides. And even if you do not buy the most "exclusive in the world" leather jackets, carpets, onyx, wine, etc. on their excursions, all insurance is automatically canceled)))
But where almost all insurances will not work, this is if the tourist was drunk
аватар veritasana
I won’t go for any money .. I already went to Hamam for 15 uo .. I barely left without 70 uo ..
аватар Vika284
in Kyiv it is simply impossible to go to a salon to do a manicure or simple styling, also expecting to spend $15-20, and come out with minus $100, only in Turkey this is possible
аватар svdavidova
veritasana, Well, nobody forced me?! You were offered - you agreed!
аватар TatiVova
Pachok Thanks for the info. I'll know. In fact, we were informed exactly as I wrote. Thank God I didn't have to experiment on my own skin. And they informed us starting from Kyiv, where the ticket was bought, and continued throughout the rest (from the transfer to the place), ending with the hotel and information stands.
аватар Vika284
TatiVova if you continued to be informed by guides on a group transfer, guides at the hotel and, accordingly, information on the stand from TO, everything is clear here, this is an additional income for the guide to sell you an excursion at exorbitant prices, this is their old song that insurance does not work and there are other types of deception.
But if you were told such nonsense by your travel agency, I will steal the quote above "you came across some kind of wild agency", advice to change the travel agent.
аватар TatiVova
Well, yes, and this is not the first time. Previously traveled from "Let's go with us", the meeting party of the Pegas Touristik ball. This time TUI. And here and there the same thing is told from year to year. And on the transfer port-hotel, well, in the hotel, respectively.
Perhaps you are right about changing the tour / agent. Thanks again. We really believed them. We were told very beautifully about safety and just as beautifully explained why the insurance does not cover the insured event if there is another guide
аватар Pachok
TatiVova, host and hotel guides (at least in Turkey and Egypt) will always tell you this, this is their direct income. Here you just need to understand that this is a lie and not react.
And the agent at home ... well, I would change. I think it's just disrespectful to your client.
аватар Vika284
It is a pity that such a vivid example of the "professionalism" of a travel agency appeared only now, and a few questions and answers earlier

Used the services of the company in 2018 and 2019. In 2019, we were very disappointed, our tour agent Samir promised one thing and it turned out completely different. In the Dolphinarium they were on a wreck and not transport (they didn’t even think that there was such a transport in Turkey) + to everything the driver cheated on 3 euros (small but insulting). Tour in Demre is also not enthusiastic. Tour booked in Goynuk
