I highly recommend Armas Beach, we rested there in 2013. They gave us 30 dollars at the reception and they gave us a villa next to the pool. Living room and bedroom, jacuzzi. Good animation, kitchen as in any economy 4. 5 minutes walk to the center.

I was in Armas Beach 4*. About five years ago. Hotel on the seafront. The food was very good. The villas they wrote about were dingy little 'garden' rooms. Music is constantly blaring there and everyone passing to the sea is staring at you through the windows. The 'garden' rooms are cheaper, so even if you buy in a basic building they will try to deceive you by settling in a 'garden' or offer to spend the night in a 5 * armas - in no case do not agree there it sucks. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Kemeri tower. Hotel on the outskirts. But I would go back there :)
