Good afternoon! We rested in Amara Prestige from 6.06. We were lucky - we moved three days later to Amara Club Marine!!! Prestige was not ready to welcome guests. Simply put: there is a renovation going on!! Lucky units, others were furious. The representative of the tour operator was even slapped in the face!! Of the declared concept, half of the points were not provided. The territory seems to be large, but stupid, bald, without greenery, not to mention landscape design (as we are used to in good hotels). In fact, the hotel is located on 2 lines. A rather steep bridge goes across the road, it’s hard in the heat for both kids and people of the age, there are almost no steps, the roof too. The entrance to the sea is very large pebbles, not sand. Rooms RON - without repair. Slides - only collect. Old and shabby 3 pieces for children under 10 work. For our child of 14 years old, the pool was too small near these slides. When we arrived. There was mud all around, construction debris, dirty workers walked around, beach flip flops turned from black to white due to whitewashing, etc.. This year I do not recommend visiting this hotel! I think the renovation will be completed next year. One building was completely closed for repairs. Also: the air conditioner in the room did not cool! It would be possible to sleep with an open balcony at night, but our windows overlooked the road. It didn't work because of the noise. Therefore, take rooms with windows overlooking the pools. Super-good reviews are written by the Amarovites themselves! Everyone who was on our visit cursed, the representative hid from the guests, no one even began to order excursions, everyone wanted to move (even at their own expense !!!), like this ....

Dear friends! If you are going somewhere, then carefully read all the information about the hotel. This "miracle" in Gaynuk is only legally related to the Amar network. Until January 1, 2015, the hotel was called Le Chateau De Prestige. I have no doubt that by the next season the guys from Amara will bring everything to mind there. But going to this hotel this year was just crazy. I don't feel sorry for the tourists who ruined their vacation. They themselves are to blame. The TO has all the information, it clearly states that half of the buildings are not functioning, that part of the hotel infrastructure will not be available this year. So the face had to be beaten not by the representatives of the TO, but by Amara, still Tez’s for Russia, but by themselves.

You are wrong, Alexander, representatives of Teza from our city were in this hotel in May and they were assured that everything would be completed by June 1st. We were interested in detail, we became alert only when we found out that officially people began to settle not on June 1, but on June 5 (on this day, people did not even have hot water and dirty workers washed the pools with them !!!).
