in Belek, windsurfing in hotels is free with a license. if you don’t have it, then you will need to pay for lessons and work with a coach.
I studied at Rixos and also at Segma. I didn't like the coach in Zegma - he is stupid - so I went to my coach in Rixos a couple of times. but walking every day 1 km along the beach and then after training back 1 km to swaddle ... I had enough for 2 times.
