I like the center of Kemer because there are shops and clubs nearby. I spend time on vacation outside the hotel. Youth hotel is a 90% youth hotel with min. children, or rather families with children do not rest there at all. The sea, even in the center, is the cleanest, it seemed to me, even cleaner than Red. The beaches are not common, clean (at least our budget hotel had one).
