I agree completely with the comments, where the rating is 1! ! ! We just got back. PEOPLE ! ! ! Believe me and never rest in this hotel, in addition to all the horrors described in earlier comments (they are all TRUE), there is also a boorish attitude towards vacationers from Russia. There was not a single brawl, fight or drunken spree (as they say about our tourists), but the feeling is that you are to blame for coming to them to rest, the waiters are rude! There was NOT enough food even for 30 minutes, after the start of lunch, and if you did NOT have time exactly at the appointed time, then by the middle of coming you can just see the remains of the plates. In the room, the bed was changed for us once and the night before our departure, probably already for new (unfortunate) tourists they made it. Animation is nowhere worse, it was led by 3 people - a guy - a Turk, his wife Marina, her sister Tanya.
The girls were constantly sleepy, not well-mannered - vulgar, animation for children began at that time of the night, when it was time for the children to sleep. For adults, animation during all 12 evenings in this hotel is the same. In short, there are a lot of NEGATIVE emotions, I don’t really want to remember it again. Were this year with my daughter 13 years old, the hotel really liked !!! All staff trained! What else is good, the staff knows Russian well. Cleaning every 3 days. The room is excellent. There was always enough food. We came there to rest, not to overeat. The only negative was the animation. If you want to relax then go there...

Do not believe the reviews, we are also going to Aquabella and I read the reviews, I have been to Turkey and Egypt more than once, every time I read reviews about the chosen hotel, and then I am convinced that they are overly biased, all the more so there are a lot of contradictions, one writes bad pastries, the other - delicious cakes, one - no fruit, the other - melons, watermelons, oranges in abundance, for one the staff is boorish, for the other polite. The way you behave is the way the staff treats you. I'm going to rest, the main thing for me is the sun, sea, air, and there is plenty of that. And no cleaning, beds, staff will spoil my vacation. I don't care about that. I do not wash my floor and change the bed every day at home. I am not a meat-eater, a chicken will do fine, and my grandson generally does not eat other meat besides chicken. pasta, potatoes, rice - it is everywhere, and to this vegetables, fruits, even if it will be one watermelon every day - and everything is wonderful.
