Champion is good. The main thing there is to settle in a normal building. The best ones are the fourth and fifth. The most terrible is the "Russian" seventh building. There are not very good rooms without repair in buildings 2 and 3. Another minus is very large and rough stones at the entrance to the water, you can only enter from the pier, or you have to lie down on the water in the surf and swim over these stones without breathing.
Otherwise - the pool is clean, the food is normal, the area is very green, right opposite the exit from the hotel there is a clothing market. A bit boring.
Your budget still fits "Queens Park Resort Goynuk" (formerly "Vish Grand Kemer") near Turtes, this year, they seem to be praised.
The mentioned Karelta and Sea Gal are of a lower category, Karelta is next to the cemetery, Sea Gal does not have territory and a normal beach.

Boran Mare is a great hotel, but Aziz has already turned down such prices to weed out the random ones :) that mostly regular guests go there, who spend 5-6 years there resting. The rest, once in Boran Mare, are perplexed why, at such a price, they receive a very small amount of services, non-gilded rooms and a small area.
