Only in a small number of hotels there are Russian-speaking workers, and as a rule, these are uncultured gasters from the former Soviet Union. It's time for hoteliers, tour operators and travel agencies to be held accountable for their bad work. I had a rest in August, I also have complaints about the Annex tour and Pegas turistic. I don't hang out with them anymore.

That is, the infected was not in the transfer, as we were all informed by the guides, I repeat verbally and only verbally, but the infected was with us on the flight on the plane!!!
That is, every passenger on this flight could be at risk!
I repeat once again that the isolation did not begin to occur on the first day of arrival, that is, all those who arrived, at least three for them, freely moved around their hotels, communicated with staff, other vacationers, and so on.
Why is Turkey silent about this and is silent until now! why then the hotels still do not give any written confirmation, why then the hotels were not put on a stop until all the tourists had negative test results???

The travel agent, in our case Koral, now told us to write a Return Application and Claims, but we already wrote this, there are no written confirmations from the tour operator and the hotel, there are only emails sent by us and correspondence in the messenger, then they can simply refuse to return paid tour.
