Hello! I just returned from there yesterday. I was only in Egypt before, but I can compare. Terrible hotel !!! I didn’t like anything: the service is HORRIBLE, the food is Kashmar (except for watermelons and bread there is simply nothing to eat), all the staff are some kind of sniffling , they were just dirty, not one of the vacationers responded at least neutrally, everyone was unhappy, they say that the director has changed and it has become so, but I don’t care who they changed there. We changed the bed only 1 time for the whole week and at the same time we newlyweds, no gifts, surprises. The sea and the sun, I didn’t like anything else, sorry, but even when the toilet paper ran out, I had to walk around and ask, what kind of shampoo and soap are you talking about? We rested from August 29 to September 5; used to be mainly in European resorts, where the level is appropriate, but I really liked Larissa Akman.
Internet (wi-fi) is available in the lobby (a spacious room connected to the restaurant).
Cleaning every day (moreover, the beds were decorated with flowers and figures were made from blankets. I don’t understand this, but judging by the reviews, people attach great importance to this :)), towels were changed every day, new soap was constantly brought, paper, no one had to ask . True, there are no shower gels, only shampoo and soap.
Air conditioning, mini bar, everything worked great.
At some stage, the lock in the door broke down - they changed it in just 10 minutes.
The food is varied, different salads from vegetables and chicken, a lot of sweets, fruits - melons, quiches, apples, watermelons, grilled every day (meat or fish). Local juices and waters are, of course, disgusting, but alcohol is nothing like that.
Beautiful clear sea, 30 meters from the beach.
The staff is pleasant, polite.
In general, we liked it very much, although we read quite bad reviews before the trip. But come on, you can find a lot of nasty things about the best 5 * hotels.
