Отдых удался! Vacation was a success!

We're back a couple of days ago! The hotel is definitely good, but there are a couple of cons! I’ll start with them, the day of arrival was overshadowed by the check-in (We learned the category of rooms in detail at home, read reviews about the difference between mountain views and sea views! Due to the loud program on the pier in the evening and the morning animation by the pool, we immediately decidedArriving at the hotel we were greeted well, friendly, offered drinks, they said while they were preparing the room, we were at the hotel at about 10 am, go for breakfast! Returning room was ready by 11.00! We were glad that we quickly settled in, but... There was no limit to the disappointment when we arrived, the room turned out to be on the ground floor (overlooking a blank wall, not far from the pier, similar in size to Papa Carlo's chamber (We naturally refused to be settled, returning with suitcasesat the reception! We were approached by two people, a girl who made out and the hotel manager introduced himself! Already without goodwill in her voice, they began to tell us that we would be settled at 14.00 in a room overlooking the mountains, but they wanted the best! she said she was ready to wait, but I don’t care where I live for 8 days, especially since we didn’t pay for this category! We were told you can go to the sea or through the territory, we also refused, left to sit in the lobby, tired! They went too far, after 20 minutes they came up and offered to see the room! It turned out to be large, with a view of the mountains! In general, the sediment remained! Another of the minuses is cleaning, here it is clearly lame! We do not litter, but the trash from the baskets should be removed at least once every two days, soapy, toilet paper should be added! Cleaned 3 times in 8 nights stay! The rest of the hotel left pleasant memories! The food, above all praise, I will not list, because there is a lot of everything and everything is really very tasty from soup to dessert! Plus a huge, separate from the restaurant, there is a coffee shop very stylishly decorated and there are milkshakes, cakes, ice cream and wonderful coffee from the coffee machine! And there is also a food court, where they serve 24/7 menu soup, pizza, salads, hamburgers, pasta!!! I also really liked the live music near the restaurant on the street, every day, different singers, with a guitar, sang an excellent repertoire! Super! In the amphitheater there were incendiary programs every other day, and on the day when it was not there, stylized concerts with live music, DJs, a disco on the pier! Enough fun!!! Everything is interesting! The location, the views are excellent, there is a wild beach behind the hotel, we went there to take pictures, the views are amazing!!! Definitely recommend this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons! I hope they will be more attentive to the guests and fix the cleaning!!! Would come back, yes, would come back here.
