You are wrong, what kind of hotel is this without a sandbox, this is a very big claim, you can return and write a complaint about the TA manager that you did not provide for the needs of the tourist. But all this, of course, is a joke, but in general the "professionalism" of the travel industry specialists is off scale, I remember here a leader in tourism work from Belarus, which knew nothing about low-cost airlines and was even proud of it.

Katyyy, you are right, the more you need to approach more responsibly if you are traveling with a child.
