The travel time is about the same for everyone, Pammukale is either a day or overnight, Cappadocia is even further away, as long as I was in Turkey, I never went there. It's a pity for the time!

We took these excursions from the Tez tour. Pammukale-20 hours, of which 3.5 hours is the excursion itself, the rest is the road, lunch-dinner and check-in at 2 factories. Cappodokia-two days with an overnight stay at the hotel. According to my calculations, the road (without stops) took 9.5 hours one way. I really liked Cappodocia!

If you want cheap and fast, then you better go yourself. From the same Antalya from the bus station there are night buses (Metro company). Night move. Buses are comfortable. This is how we traveled from Alanya (one way 27 lira. trip 8-9 hours). All day in Cappadocia, and in the evening the bus back. Or you can rent a hotel room there (no problem with that).
About Pamukkale, I think it is also possible. But, even if you go with a tour operator, do not spare time and money. It's worth it. We left Pamukkale at 4 am and returned at 24 o'clock.

I would advise you to definitely visit both of these places. You will not regret. I have been to Turkey several times and always go there.

Do not be afraid to buy excursions on the street, but in any case, I recommend taking a 2-day tour in Pammukale, you can also go with Ephesus, or you can just Pammukale with an overnight stay in a hotel with a thermal pool. And if you go to Cappadocia, then there are 2 and 3-day excursions - the choice is yours. The travel time does not depend on the tour operator, all buses run at a certain speed and the kilometers from Kemer are the same for everyone. Pammukale 5 hours one way.

I would not advise street agencies. Did the alcohol poisoning in Antalya teach you nothing!? TEZ TOUR would hardly have contacted the owner of the yacht without a license.

to Kira! So you will no longer take hotels where "all inclusive", because there alcohol is included, and cocktails too, what did the girls get poisoned with? And what does street travel agencies have to do with this? As it was written, because there the hotel guide offered this excursion with a drink by the sea, and this excursion was not included in the program of their tour, it was an additional excursion. And I advise you not to go to Turkey at all, there because alcohol poisoning.

alex45 (or 63?), I will not listen to your advice, and I do not abuse alcohol!
And in the answer it was about the fact that large agencies carefully check those with whom they deal.

And what does 63 have to do with it! I am responsible for myself, as the girls who wanted to drink cocktails on the cheap answered. Alcohol in Turkey is a separate issue. whether you drink alcohol or not, somehow I don’t care, only my thought is that soon we will say goodbye in Turkey to drink for a “freebie” AL will be covered.

Naturally, you need to take it from a tour operator))) And best of all, a two-day trip to Ephesus and Pamukkale. very good and it would be better if the guide is Russian. We had a chic guide and time just flew by unnoticed, but with a Turk we didn’t like it at all at the grave of St. Nicholas.

And I still say that it makes no sense to overpay money to our tour operators! And I don’t understand what alcohol has to do with it when it comes to sightseeing. But accidents with buses just happened at our tour operators! on the street, a tourist buys an excursion in the same licensed company, goes on the same bus, and the guide is just as lucky (we were always lucky for professionals), just ask more questions, including about the experience and qualifications of the guide. The insurance applies and does not depends on where you bought the tour, the main thing is that there is no alcohol in the blood! Therefore, from whom to take the tour, it depends only on you and your financial capabilities. Good luck!

I disagree about the Turkish guides with Lusviktorovna. In general, with guides I had a chance to visit Pamukkale twice. Both times were Turks. So, for the first time we went - the guide was terrible. He spoke Russian very poorly, tried to impose on everyone swimming in Cleopatra's pool (Cleopatra herself, of course, did not know about this pool either in sleep or in spirit). I must say right away that do not succumb to the persuasion of the guides and do not spend money on the pool. You can also swim in the travertines. Nobody will punish you for it. So, this guide was, of course, something, but the plus turned out to be that my friends and I climbed all the travertines and the surrounding area, we were where tourists were not taken. So many impressions. On our next visit to Turkey, we ourselves went to Pamukkale. But the last time we decided again with a guide. So, the guide was a Turk, but such a fine fellow. Worked 100%.
The pool did not impose, all the way he told such interesting things from history, modernity (politics, trade, in which regions of Turkey what is produced and of what quality, etc.). I drove a little around Denizla, told a lot of interesting things. In general, a great smart. Yes, I will say that both times the guides were from Teztur.
