We live in the central building, the room is terrible, broken bedside tables, the sink clogged on the very first day, the waiters and bartenders are rude, no one understands Russian, despite the fact that only Russians rest, drinks are only of local origin, although they paid for ultra-inclusive, last year there were in hotels in the Majestic neighborhood, the comparison is not even close .... the hotel is terrible ... The restaurant is full of crap: the dishes are dirty and greasy, the food is monotonous, you can stand in line for food for half an hour, the staff is rude, they were shocked by what they saw when the staff was drinking drinks while they were carrying them so as not to spill them! We've seen this over and over!! The queue for ice cream is kilometer long, the unsanitary conditions are specific, the staff picks up ice cream without gloves and at the same time manages to write SMS on the phone at intervals, after which they don’t wash their hands and take this cone, disgruntled faces cringe at the remark!
