I have a negative experience of traveling to Turkey to a 5 * Deluxe hotel through Coral Travel. Their personnel abroad do not correspond to their positions. Our hotel guide did not inform us that the flight back from Turkey was postponed by 3.5 hours to an earlier time. She also did not inform about the existence of a bulletin board in the hotel, which indicates the time of departure from the hotel (this was our first trip). As a result, on the morning of departure, we were awakened by a call from the reception with a message that the bus was already waiting for us! We haven't even packed our bags yet! Of course, the bus did not wait for us, and we had to take a taxi to the airport for 70 USD (25 km to go). We took the check from the taxi driver, and when we wrote a complaint to Coral Travel, they simply froze, they say, there is a bulletin board, you should have read it there!
It's good that we still had money for a taxi, and it was only 70 USD! And if, God forbid, it was an insured event? Try and then find someone to ask! In general, draw your own conclusions!

Rested in July from 07/03/2018 to 07/14/2018 at the Grand Garbi Hotel 4 * Lloret de Mar Spain. There were many problems!

The transfer on 07/03/2018 from Minsk was on time and the driver was quite professional, but the Russian-speaking guy Timur (from like Kazakhstan) could not connect two words. We were not brought to the hotel without any comments. They dropped us off without explaining that this was the stop at the Helius Hotel and that from here we were taken on excursions and to the airport. At the reception of the Grand Garbi hotel they speak Russian poorly, since the main contingent is Spaniards, Germans, but they were always friendly and tried to answer all questions.
Second: Departure from Barcelona to Minsk was scheduled for 11:30 pm. and the data of our operator about when they will pick up tourists from the hotel and when they were not presented in their folder. Fortunately, I know where to call, I myself called their office and asked, and so no one apologized for the incompletely presented service, although this is part of their duties.

A hotel that belongs to the Otium Inn group does not correspond to either the declared 4 * or the type of all inclusive food. They feed people with slop, the rooms are very shabby, everything is paid on the beach, the bus to the beach goes already! 6 times a day, and not every hour, as stated in the business card of the hotel. The hotel guide Kamil, when help was needed, froze, said that he had nothing to do with solving customer issues. Apparently his task is only to make excursions, which he actually did.
