you can always find a local tour desk near the hotel, which is at least 2 times cheaper than the hotel offers, and the quality of the tour will be the same and you will also be offered insurance for the duration of it. Excursions are historical and entertaining. I really liked the excursions to Cappadocia (2 days), Pumakalle-Efes (there are 1 day and 2 days), from entertainment I recommend visiting the Fires of Anatolia or Troy, a lot of impressions will remain, the water park with children is very good.

go to Demre-mira-Keveva and rafting! Demre is historical, very beautiful and interesting! and rafting is a lot of fun! (boating down the mountain river)

Exactly, I forgot about rafting =), I also highly recommend it, it's a great thing, and it's not bad on ATVs either.
