I crossed paths with a couple from this hotel. They were very happy, lived in a bungalow. The only thing they didn't like was the reception..it's open and it's hot there.

People never go to this shameful 5 * hotel .. it pulls a maximum of 3 * or even less! I didn’t understand at all why he was given 5 *, probably for mountains of garbage and dirt !!!!!!! The service staff does nothing at all! Shame and more! Well, let's start from the beginning .. before checking in, we asked for a good room (we know that it costs money, but we didn’t have a bill less than $ 100 and decided to give it back later, as we exchange it), we were told no problems, go have lunch and your room will be brought to order! Upon arrival at this room, we found a mountain of hair all over the room, footprints on the bedside tables and this is called put in order (((.. we immediately moved to another room, where there was also hair on the floor in all corners (((.. us settled in a tiny room for 2 people and this is with our two children, after dinner we returned to the room in which we never brought an extra bed and extra towels and bed linen, I had to call the reception again and complain ... in the end They brought everything within an hour.

Damn, I forgot to write about children's animation .... I'm adding, well, they only love Turkish children !!!!!! Every day minidisco and every day the same thing!!!!!!
