I was in Cilicia in February 2011 and did not notice any construction. The room was in its central part. View directly to the sea. Indeed, the hotel is calm, sedate: sea, air, sun, peace, no one bothers - somewhere like that. I rested alone, so the standart-room was enough for me))

The hotel is delightful, calm, well-groomed, family-friendly, and at the same time the most incendiary animation, neither you nor the kids will be bored! Regarding the room, the standard room is spacious, but for 4 people it seems small. There are rooms with two rooms - family, ask for them.

On your question - there is a toilet on the first floor of the hotel, there is a sauna - also on the first floor, everything is very close, it takes 5-10 minutes to run here and there for everything. In general, I like compact hotels, everything is close in Cilicia, but there is no crowd feeling, there are places for solitude everywhere.

I didn’t know about such separations. In June (we were from 8) it was warm 28-29 degrees, but the water in the sea was 20-22. Therefore, you need to get used to it a little. The rooms are the most ordinary, without chic. Ordinary beds with orthopedic mattresses, ordinary TV (not plasma), furniture looks 10 years old, but it doesn’t spoil the rest. But a free safe and replenishment of the minibar daily. The bed was changed 3 times in 8 days, towels daily. There is gel, shampoo, but we took our own. On the balcony dryer. The sea and the beach were perfectly clean, there was nothing to complain about. We were advised to take alcohol in D. Free, they said that the local was not very good. We later regretted it. Were at the very end of May (2012). The new building is being built next to the old one. Its readiness is about 90%. According to the hotel staff, they plan to open either in June or July (I don’t remember exactly). The builders are not very noisy, the noise from the construction site did not interfere with us, but it is certainly not very pleasant to watch the excavator work from the beach. Much more noise late in the evening is delivered by the disco of the neighboring hotel (like Fame Residece).
