On May 1.2019, we arrived at the hotel, at the reception we saw people who were indignant and swearing with good obscenities, as they also paid for living in the main building, and they were settled in a building with unsuitable living conditions. We were approached and offered to move into building 6, and after 2 days they would supposedly be moved to our legal rooms, as compensation they offered free internet. By the way, in the hotel only 300 megabytes are free, and then pay money. Our first day was ruined. . . We ourselves called and our guide, Yulia, came to us. Julia is a representative of JOIN UP, a wonderful employee and person, she immediately began to resolve the issue and look for options. We were offered several hotels to choose from for the move. We chose Larissa Akman Park 4 - a wonderful hotel. Once again, thank you very much to Yulia, if not for her, it is not clear how our fate would have been in this hotel. I still cannot understand how it is possible to deceive people, confirm the reservation and then settle the guests in barracks, and not in a building with conditions. It's a shame that we arrived at the hotel in the center of Kemer, but ended up in a quiet cozy place. I hope that my review will be seen and not fall into the trap of greedy hotel owners.
