When you get used to this, a new surprise awaits you: when the hotel is fully loaded, they begin to remove the awnings over the sun loungers, citing the end of the season. I repeat, the hotel is 100 percent full and the weather is hot and sunny. If you want to get sunburned on the first day of your stay at the beach, this is the place for you. This is how the hotel management treats its guests, which will negatively affect its rating and attendance

A hotel for pensioners who do not read reviews on the Internet! This hotel is definitely not a 4 star - triple! To get into a normal room, they put 10 euros at the reception - at 23.00 they found out that the TV was not working... no comment... A girl runs after you and is watching you everywhere, imposing massages for some fabulous money - 90 euros in total. … More ▾ A hotel for pensioners who do not read reviews on the Internet! She said that I would come, myself, if it was interesting - it didn’t reach - she even found me on the beach. Wi-fi must be bought - 15 euros for one device, i. e. if for 2 phones - this is 30. We had 2 more computers - they requested 60 !!! Charles!!! Euro. On their mini beach, there’s nowhere to lie, there’s nowhere to stand - I didn’t have time at 8 in the morning to even throw a towel on a sunbed - the train left - they will offer it for 10 euros. On the beach, the staff at the bar is frankly rude - the guys do not filter their conversation and communication with the tourist. I don't advise anyone. We went ourselves, becauseI had to urgently fly away on vacation and there were no places in other hotels!

The hotel was chosen for the price + quality ratio. The hotel is not big, the rooms are clean and comfortable (we lived in the first building). The renovation was in 2020. The cuisine is VERY tasty and varied, I liked the food. For which a special THANK YOU. There are some drawbacks. There are some drawbacks. Not enough entertainment in the evening, for 9 days only one evening there was live music. And the biggest minus is that there are not enough sunbeds on the sea and near the pool. At first it was frustrating, but then we got the hang of it. Left things or in a cafe or near the entrance to the sea on the rocks. And this question disappeared by itself... If you look for a negative, then you will definitely find it, but we decided not to focus on this. And rested well. . .

On Monday, in the center of Kemer, there is a fruit bazaar, and on Thursday we found a clothing bazaar. Where prices are cheaper than in stores. We went to that seventh building and saw the TRUE face of the "Ambassador". The first reaction is shock. A shabby building, some kind of incomprehensible area, storage rooms. The feeling that it was some kind of abandoned. Naturally, we were counting on one thing (judging by the photo on the hotel website), but it was not clear what we got. And when we saw the number, we wanted to believe that this was a bad joke.
Naturally, we returned to the main building (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot). Let's solve this problem! Angela categorically did not make concessions. The representative of Anex, Maria (a plump girl with long hair), is generally confused and lying! And of course, she was not interested in helping us. This is despite the fact that we did not even hint at the scandal (although we wanted so much !!!! ). We even called the Anex hotline, but all in vain. The Ambassador has its own scam system. Don't pay, do what you want. As a result, we spent a DAY, persuaded, and already offered money... in short. We were sent to the 7th building with the condition "tomorrow we will give you the best room. "
Administrator of the 7th Typhoon Corps, the only one who sincerely helped us. The result of this story is this: for two days we wandered from floor to floor. Lost three days of normal rest. The rooms (even the best ones in the 7th building on the 4th floor) are very dirty. Very, very dirty case. Ugh.
Now a restaurant. The food is repetitive to the point of nausea. All photos on the hotel website are lies. The restaurant lacks plates and utensils. Dirty tables, floor, shabby chairs! so clear that we do not recommend this hotel! Never! To anyone!

The staff is rude, it is clear immediately from the reception, they offered to "live in the hotel lobby, if something does not suit you. " Housekeeping couldn't be worse, hair everywhere, even on the bed, is washed badly! From the 7th building to the main one, it takes about 10 minutes, Yandex and Google maps deceive that it is 500 meters. And this is in the heat of 50 degrees, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, on the beach.

The food at first seems excellent, and then it is noticed that the dishes are repeated, the promised turkey, no fish, the seasoning is the same, even a spoiled omelet was found!
If something is not eaten for lunch, the dish smoothly migrates to dinner. Of the fruits, only melon, watermelon (which taste like cucumbers) and apples, which I, damn it, can eat in my homeland.

Children from young to old are a dime a dozen. The air conditioner in the room is old, hardly ever cleaned. They caught the infection there, so the vacation was completely ruined. The first three days they tried to find the truth, all the nerves were exhausted, for two days they more or less rested, the rest of the time they lay with a temperature and other joys of illness. I still have nightmares about this hotel.

To put it mildly, I do not recommend. The hotel is 2*, not 4*.

I still cannot understand how it is possible to deceive people, confirm the reservation and then settle the guests in barracks, and not in a building with conditions. The first three buildings are located directly on the main territory, where the restaurant and all the hotel amenities are located, the fourth building is located directly across the street from the main entrance to the hotel (about 20m), the 5th and 6th buildings are located at a distance of about 700-800 meters from main building (not 1.5 - 2km as they say). All the problems with getting into the 5th and 6th buildings, these are problems when booking rooms with a travel agent, the hotel has a Pool room (rooms overlooking the pool, they are all located in the first 3 buildings), Standart room (rooms overlooking the the street of the first three buildings and the rooms of the 4th building) and the Park room (these are just the rooms of the 5th and 6th buildings), in fact, in terms of price, they go from the most expensive to the cheapest, respectively, so if at the stage of booking a room with a tour operator if you decide to save on the cost of a room, then welcome to the 5th or 6th building (as they say, the miser pays twice). On the main territory of the hotel is the cafe Iron. Iron works from 21:00 to 23:00, so if you want to go to bed early, I advise you to choose the 4th building, where you will not hear the music from the cafe. Regarding paid wifi, but free 300mb, then 3 euros per day, this is written in the information sheet about the hotel, so I don’t understand what kind of dissatisfaction there may be.
