Sorry, I'm without Crimea and politics ... With a very limited budget for Turkey, I go on a last minute trip to the most rundown hotel (exclusively for overnight stays) and eat outside the hotel. In the end, it turns out to be much cheaper than spending money on a decent hotel with good AI food.
Turkish cuisine is delicious and worth every penny if you get off the tourist trail a bit. In the same Kemer there are establishments like lokanta with awesome food, 10-15 liras per person for lunch, changing this overeating to a miserable "all inclusive" - wildness, in my opinion.
