First we want to say thank you to all those who left reviews about this hotel in 2011. We were surprised that almost all of them are positive. We decided to listen and went, now it's our turn to share our impressions. The hotel fully met all our expectations. We rested with the whole family - two adults, two children, in a standard room in October 2011. We were in Turkey several times, including in 5-star hotels, so we consider it possible to express our opinion. The hotel is fully consistent with the price-quality ratio, being one of the cheapest among 5-* provides quite a lot of services. Safe in the room - free of charge, ground Turkish coffee - free of charge, in the SPA and hammam, and sauna, and steam room, bottled drinking water - free of charge in unlimited quantities (warm, chilled, in a bar, restaurant, left by the maid when cleaning in room), beach towels with daily change. Agree, not in every 5-* such a set of services, even at a more expensive price. Well, the location of the hotel in one of the most picturesque regions, in Kemer, only adds to its advantages. The territory is not very big, but green, clean and well-groomed. The staff is polite and friendly, not once during the entire stay we have not encountered rudeness and rudeness, we have never heard the word "Finish" beloved in other hotels. The only exception was the hostess in the spa, who was impolite and expressed dissatisfaction when receiving free services. We believe that you must first of all be friendly and polite yourself, and the staff will respond the same. For example, we observed how the guys from the Moscow company "Kokos" behaved, who came to the corporate party. How should the staff treat them if they got drunk, cursed the bartenders, undressed, pissed off the hotel, broke their legs? Of the shortcomings, we can only point out the not always high-quality room cleaning, although in other 5 * hotels we met with much worse. We liked the catering, with a fairly traditional set of dishes for Turkey, the choice was large, there was a children's buffet, a varied fish menu, lamb and many other meat dishes. There was always something to choose from. Among the sweets, I was pleasantly pleased with the presence of Turkish delight, free ice cream. There are many fruits, not all ripe and tasty, but there was always something to choose from. . Of the pluses, I would like to note a large number of bars, including on the beach, the presence of a tea house and a snack bar with a sufficient variety of dishes at the entrance to the beach, where you could dine. The animation team consisted of 5-6 people, the set of shows was traditional for Turkey, and the guys themselves are wonderful, funny, polite, with an individual approach to each child and adult. They represented the Matrix animation team working in hotels in many countries. Special thanks to Bobo, his evening children's prezentasione is beyond praise. The photos of the hotel on the Pegas Turistik website are outdated, in 2011, in connection with the accession of the hotel to the Imperial network, a reconstruction was made, a large three-tiered pier with a bar was built on the beach, small pebbles were brought in. Perhaps the downside is the narrow beach strip, most places are on the pier. But this pier with snow-white mattresses is very beautiful and picturesque, it's nice to sit at the bar in the shade with drinks, appreciating the magnificent panorama. Don't let the underground passage to the beach scare you. It comes from the -1 floor of the hotel, there are also SPA, shops, snack bar. It is covered in marble, paintings, very beautiful and opens onto the beach, while it is not very long, safe, you can let the children go alone. In summary: we recommend this hotel and do not agree with the other claims made (albeit rare). And if you prefer a more refined menu, enchanting shows, high-class service, you are in premium-class hotels, but the price there is completely different. We will be glad if our review helps you. Have a good rest!
