Let me share my experience in order:
1) The very first thing that shocked us was that the "beach" (later you will understand why I put the word beach in quotation marks) is across the street from the hotel. I confess that we were very upset.
2) The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, if possible they will offer you several rooms to choose from, and for twenty they will find this opportunity themselves.
3) The hotel is new, everything is new. shiny and beautiful, we really liked it. But the hotel area is very small.

4) The rooms are clean and comfortable, but still I don’t advise you to look under the bed, because the maids don’t look there either. The air conditioner in the room copes well with the heat (just use it carefully, you can easily catch a cold). The bathroom is clean and everything works there, only surprised that they do not put shampoo. hair conditioner and shower gel, and instead there is a dispenser hanging on the wall into which I regularly pour some kind of detergent with a good smell, I used it as a bath foam (there is a lot of foam).
5) View from the room. There are three options: on the mountains, on the sea and on the windows of a neighboring hotel. Here, someone likes something, but I’ll warn you right away, if you want to admire a very beautiful mountain landscape from the balcony of your room, then be prepared for a disco under the window until 23.00.
6) Drinks in the minibar of local production, incomprehensible name and incomprehensible taste, I bought myself a cola in the nearest shop. Alcohol is not provided in the minibar.
7) "Beach" is a piece of shore 30 meters long, enclosed in concrete, which has nothing to do with our idea of a beach. There are few sun loungers and if you want to sunbathe to the sound of the surf, you need to come to the beach at half past six in the morning and take a seat. It disappointed me a lot.
8) Animation is a different story. The guys from the animation team are just great, they work hard from morning until late at night, they don’t let you get bored. Somehow they showed a water ballet, it was excellent, there were a lot of impressions, everyone liked it. Here I felt the advantage of a room with a sea view, because it was best to watch this show from the balcony.

9) Restaurant. There are noticeably fewer seats in the restaurant than in the hotel and therefore dinner turns into another show (very humiliating show). I don’t recommend taking salads, I often came across the fact that salads are not fresh, it’s better to just take chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. When I showed the manager a fly in a salad, I only heard from him “OK”, there was no Sorry, but this salad they didn’t remove it anywhere and the people continued to pick it up on their plates. Breakfast also had its own characteristics, according to the schedule, it starts at 7.00, and the chef starts frying scrambled eggs and pancakes only after he decides his business. The promised freshly squeezed juice in the mornings turned out to be just a hoax, and a brazen hoax, what they did in the usual juice that stands there all day, they added some freshly squeezed juice and passed it off as "fresh".

If you are a coffee lover like me, then it’s better to buy good instant coffee and brew it yourself, because the coffee there is disgusting, both in restaurants and bars. I decided to have an espresso at the bar (it's paid) - and was also not happy, as a result I went to the restaurant with my coffee.
The hotel does not qualify for five stars, at most 4 stars.
