Good day everyone!
I have never written reviews, but my indignation knows no bounds.
Just returned from the hotel, I have never seen such a boorish treatment of tourists (people who leave a lot of money, in our case it turned out to be quite a tidy sum)!
We arrived in the morning, and the check-in is from 14.00. There were no available rooms available. We asked if we could leave our things somewhere and go out to eat. We were taken to a room (it is located right behind the reception and anyone can go there). We were horrified when we realized that neither security nor any tag (so that later we could pick up our things and not prove that they were ours) was not given to us, it was the same when leaving, but alas, there were no places in the room for us told to leave things in the hallway. Moreover, this room, apparently, serves for the rest of the staff, because. someone's towels were spread out there and there was a table with mugs and a half-eaten lunch!

We got a room with a sea view, which was very encouraging, but not for long! In addition to the sea, the view was on a small courtyard with a pool and on the road. Everything would be fine, but the animators work near the pool until almost 20.00, sometimes the evening show takes place there, with loud music, so don’t count on a sound sleep in silence! And during dinner, we "enjoyed" the smells of a slightly burnt barbecue, vegetables, which are also cooked right next to the pool. There were problems with the air conditioner as well. they have central air conditioning to regulate the temperature and it is strictly forbidden to press any buttons . . We were unlucky, we were left without air conditioning for a day (they said that our neighbors clicked the buttons all night, so the engineers could not fix anything).
Believe me, I am not a picky eater at all, but these days of soy - instead of meat - my husband and I ate heartily. I have been to Turkey many times and told my husband about the wonderful sweets with honey that this country is famous for, but even they turned out to be inedible! The air conditioners do not work at all either in the dining room or in the hall - the requests and complaints of the vacationers did not affect in any way - they were never turned on. Alas, I have never seen such disgusting food in any hotel in Turkey! Regarding the bar on the beach, we have a "lasting" impression. Departure was at 23.30, and check-out at 12.00 noon, so I had to walk this time. But since it was raining, we decided to stay on the beach under an umbrella and drink coffee, it was not there. The bar was just closed (even though its opening hours are until 4pm).
Sitting on the beach in the evening, we watched 14-year-old boys frolic. There were big waves that day, and there were no guards or lifeguards on the beach - this is probably the main disadvantage for both adults and their children. It’s good that the kids still didn’t dare to dive.
Who buys a ticket, do not believe if you are told that the spa salon is free. Their prices change every day, and upwards. But the sauna and the gym are really free.
And now about the good. The animation was great - a lot of fun, it's probably the only thing that cheered up. Many thanks to all of them for their professional work.
In general, good luck to everyone who is going to visit this hotel, which, in our opinion, draws - alas - for 3 *.
