I stayed at this hotel in late May early June 2007. We just regretted that we bought a ticket for 15 days 14 nights, because after a week I really wanted to go home! The first time I had it, I usually don’t want to leave at all. Okay, I'll tell you everything in order.
The only thing I really liked was the brand new and cleanest rooms. But from everything else, the hair stood on end from time to time. The first thing that horrified was the rudeness and indifference of the staff. I don’t know, maybe the resting Russians have already fully managed to show the Turks what kind of a nation we are, but I had the feeling that they simply don’t take us for people. To get coffee or whiskey at the bar, you had to wait until the kind bartender picks his nose, talks on the phone, does the dishes and laughs with the waiter.
The glasses were washed in such a way that on the third day of my stay I decided that it was better to drink water from disposable ones, so away from sin (plates and cutlery were also washed without particularly straining, but there were no disposable plates, forks and knives, so, without options, I had to wipe wipes and use). For the entire stay at the hotel, 5 times from 2 to 6 pm, the water was turned off, again, how they washed the dishes in bars and restaurants is unknown! The rooms were not cleaned regularly, for example, they didn’t clean the rooms for 3 days in a row and didn’t throw out the garbage, we had to shake all the garbage ourselves into a bag and put it at the door, so the cleaning lady didn’t throw it away, cleaned it up, but left the bag. As a result, they dragged this package to their closet.
For many, the return flight was postponed from morning to night, and indeed, when you vacate the room at 12 noon, they cut off the bracelet from you and ...You are no longer a guest, you are not fed or watered (well, at least they are not kicked out of the hotel).
True, we can say thank you to our tour operators SUNMAR, who, after we made a complete scandal at the reception, contacted the hotel and agreed that we could use everything before leaving the hotel. And other people (the guys from Kyiv (2 girls with children and two young people) were in a similar situation), so they sat hungry, they allowed only children to eat dinner, and then, under the supervision of a lady from the reception. Just awful! In order to feed adults, I had to really steal food from a restaurant into a bag! I'm shocked! Hotel 5*!
As for the food, everything was more or less tasty and varied, but there were practically no fruits (small greenish apples, apricots, sour cherry plums and white tasteless watermelons), although in Turkey at this time it is the season for strawberries and cherries, but behind it, really had to go to the store!
It is also terrible that the hotel is so small that there is simply nowhere to walk in the evening, unless you walk in circles from the pool to the sea and the bar!
The beach is small 5 meters in total. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone, in the sea everyone sits on each other's heads, because the descent is only from the stairs and immediately deep, and many don’t even know how to swim. Well, what I especially remember is the song that every day in the area from one in the afternoon until two was entertained by the people of the bartender by the large pool. I want to note that there were a lot of children by the pool (it was often overcast and no one really hid from the sun, they lay around all day on the street).
