Rested in this hotel from 27.09. 2008-04.10. 2008. I must say right away that I was resting with a young man, we are 24 years old. We really enjoyed. Read all the reviews before going. I'll say this:
1) check-in (even out of season) at 14-00. this is true, but $20 speeded up the process and we checked in at 11 and arrived at the hotel at 9.
2) about cleaning the room - it's true, they clean so-so. But we did not get dirty, towels and linen were not changed for us, but they remained clean.
3) about food - everyone has their own taste and passion for food, but we liked it! there was always variety and what to eat you can find!
4) about sun loungers - because it was not the season there were enough sun loungers for everyone and everywhere
5) about the sea - the entrance is really through an iron staircase, it could be made wider, but what a clean and warm sea! By the way, other hotels have the same descent, even worse - right on the waves!

6) about the fact that they take money for an undrunk minibar at check-out - it's not true! we didn’t drink anything from there and they didn’t take a cent from us, although we left at 4 in the morning.
We really liked it there - the hotel is new, modern. The staff is smiling and attentive. The animation is wonderful. The hotel has fitness equipment on the ground floor, a spa, an indoor pool, a hairdresser, a couple of shops, a disco and a cinema (open in bad weather).
In general, everything for a comfortable stay is there.
Next to the hotel through the fence is the hotel GRAND RING, near Sungate and Zigana. One evening we decided to walk Beldibi from the beginning (not far from our hotel) to the end of the village, but because we went to all the shops (and thanks to this we found a large market to which a quick step from the hotel for about 30 minutes) we didn’t make it to the end of the village, we came to the room without legs, we probably walked 10 kilometers!
We went on excursions to Demre-Mira-Kekkova and the Aquapark - we liked it very much. I have never seen such a serpentine as on the road to Kekkova! just awful!
By the way, mostly Ukrainians rest in the hotel, but there are also Poles, Moldovans, and some very noisy nations - mostly (about 70%) young people under 30!
We would go there again!
we were satisfied with everything!
