We took and returned towels every day, though we didn’t have time to return one day, we had to drag them to the room, and the reason for this was that on Thursday (in my opinion) there was a “Turkish night” and it seems that all the staff were involved in preparing the theater stage to the performance, so after lunch the towel service was reduced to 17-00 instead of 19-00. But in general there were no problems and no crisis affected the work of the hotel.

At first glance, the hotel shocked us, quite unpleasantly. When you arrive, tired from the road (there was practically no sleep at night, and the flight was postponed from 5 am to 7-30) and you see dull colors in front of you, your mood does not rise in any way, and besides, the territory of the hotel is huge and it seems that it never you won't understand. Only after a while we realized that the style of the hotel gave us such an impression, and it fully corresponds to its name: at every step and in every corner of the Forest, a figurine of an animal or fruit hanging from the ceiling, or trees wrapping around the building itself is waiting for you forest, various waterfalls, etc.
The central reception (common for Aqua, Forest, Country and I forgot the name of another part) is almost not illuminated during the day and is immersed in twilight, but after a while it becomes even cool, much at the reception is made of natural materials, which on the one hand gives a feeling that everything is so old, worn out, and on the other hand, this is the concept of the hotel.

The first impression is fortunately deceptive and we left the hotel with tears in our eyes. Of course, you can find flaws everywhere, they are almost standard for Turkey, but I personally had a great rest in a week and fell in love with this hotel. Our room was 4611 (6th floor immediately above the Forest reception and next to the Forest lobby bar) wonderful, spacious, with a side view of the sea and mountains (very beautiful) and of course the road, but the whole point is that in the Forest, in my opinion, there are no sea views without a road. I must say right away that the road did not interfere with us, and compared to Aqua's rooms, our room was gigantic. the distance to the sea is actually small and there is no need to go uphill, you can walk along the gentle terrain to the entrance to the 0th floor and take the elevator or take the funicular to the roof level of the Forest and go down to the 5th floor (reception level) of the Forest along the figurines of various animals and waterfalls.

Yes, indeed, the hotel at first glance makes a gloomy impression, but after checking in, you begin to look at it with different eyes. I want to talk about towels. For example, we handed over towels only 2 times. While they recommend handing in towels every day, you don't have to! I'll explain why. If you are going to get up in the morning and go to the beach (we got up for dinner), then you will need towels to take your seats. Taking places near the pools is not a problem, there are plenty of them! It’s also better to leave towels, if you are going on an excursion early in the morning, you can take them with you (we didn’t take towels from home, and it’s somehow inconvenient to take white towels from the room). I want to note that I did not notice any thefts of towels during the rest, do not believe the gossip about this. Our room was on the 5th floor, not far from the restaurant and the reception, I must tell you - it's very convenient! (room 4515 overlooking the forest). I wish you a pleasant stay!
