Breakfast - sausages, boiled eggs, chicken sausage, 2 types of cheese, vegetables, sweet jam.
Lunch - fried chicken legs or wings, chicken breast with vegetables, soup - mashed potatoes (various), potatoes, pasta, vegetables and salads in any quantity for garnish.

Dinner - Chicken, fish (I had 3 times in a week), lamb cutlets, side dishes, salads, vegetables.
