We returned from vacation. Rested with a friend from 6.08 to 16.08 2022. Decided I should write about this hotel so people know where they can go. ! This is not 4*, but barely 2*!! ! The old building, which has not seen repairs, resembles a hostel of Soviet times, old, broken furniture, painted - repainted, mold everywhere, dirty walls, in some spots, and (!!!!! ) huge cockroaches (there is a photo), linen bed and towels are torn, with gray spots.
My friend and I are not spoiled, believe me, we do not need a new post. underwear just from the store, but at least CLEAN AND WHOLE! We are quite adequate, we have been to different hotels in Turkey and we know what a 4 * hotel is. But what we encountered in Rios is beyond our understanding! Towels should be changed every 3 days, on the seventh day to the question "when?

On the beach around, vacationers were talking only about this "super" hotel. Everyone is in shock. Near the reception from morning to evening there are constant visitors with complaints. Treat us like pigs. I am not exaggerating at all! How many years we have been flying to Turkey, we have been in different hotels, somewhere better, somewhere worse, but at the reception and in general the service. The staff is always polite and smiling! This is the law for them. But here we seemed to be in the south. soviet-era guest house!
