I have never written reviews before about hotels where I have vacationed before, and believe me, there were a lot of them, particularly in Turkey. But everything that happened at the hotel in question cannot be kept silent, because you just want to scream about your ruined vacation. It seems that this hotel does not work for the benefit of people for their relaxation and recovery, but quite the opposite, after learning the essence of its actions you feel unworthy of acquiring all human benefits.

Let me start with the fact that upon arrival at the hotel you are placed in a so-called ‘settlement area’ in which sofas are installed, here you will sit on them and wait to check into your room. This can be very long, even for 10 hours.
The room is small, but there are big ants everywhere. The room is not cleaned.
You cannot hang clothes on trempels because they immediately fall along with the trempel.
Now food.
First of all, I would like to say thank you to the cook Mustafa, who tries to please all the hotel guests with his quality work. He is a very hospitable and positive person. Food is plentiful, mostly chicken, fish, that's all.
And now about the bar, and in particular about the barista Irina.
As it turned out later, it turns out to be “zhdun”.
Irina went specifically to Turkey to wait for the Russian world here. She speaks about this directly and does not like Ukrainians, even though she lived in Kharkov. When you come to the bar to help yourself to some drinks, she always has a dissatisfied face and also knows that you are from Ukraine, she doesn’t fill the required glass up to half, and she doesn’t pour more than two small disposable glasses. That is, he behaves rudely and not politely, which of course is not a reason for a good attitude towards vacationers. The expression on her face has a very bad effect on the mood of the vacationer.
Its rudeness and hatred leaves a deep, insidious mark on the human soul. This all detracts from a good impression of the hotel.

Meat dishes are served in portions, personally by the chef. The only fruit is watermelon.
At the pool bar, a female bartender (a copy of a barmaid from a Soviet canteen) offers beer, some semblance of vodka, whiskey and gin. Everything is poured into plastic disposable cups in tiny portions (even beer). At 21.00 the bar closes altogether. There is a fee for the beach bar. The prices are simply cosmic!! ! The plumbing in the rooms is in terrible condition, there is mold in the bathroom. Cleaning is carried out only after a request to clean. Towels are also changed. Bed linen is not changed at all. The only consolation is the beach. There are umbrellas and sun loungers. We will never go to this "hotel" again. And I don’t recommend it to anyone

We are currently resting with our children at the Rio's beach hotel. This is our third visit to this particular hotel. I would like to note that, compared to previous years, the conditions have improved significantly. The staff is friendly and very happy to receive guests. I can't help but note the wide assortment on the menu: the dishes are delicious, everything is fresh, some are prepared right before serving on the grill, including by the chef Mustafa himself, who directly serves tourists with a smile.

Considering the cost and the time of the year when we were, next time we would rather fly to the neighboring Imperial than here. The hotel is not worth the money we paid. Then we return by taxi on our own and at about 3 o'clock in the morning we are settled in free and dirty rooms. The room was only cleaned after dinner. The second time to achieve cleaning in the room was a week later.

3. Beach: Pleased only with beautiful water in the sea. Being on the beach under umbrellas is life-threatening. The heavy structure of the umbrella is concreted in a plastic bucket and buried with sand. During our stay, umbrellas fell 2 times. One of them fell next to our sunbeds, 5 centimeters from our heads. And this is almost in the absence of wind. Luckily, I didn't get hurt. The administrator reacted to my complaint in a rude manner, "Well, if you were nailed, I would call an ambulance"
4. There is absolutely no help from the hotel guide and the tour operator's hotline staff.

Tui's firm left us (3 families) to our own devices and with a promise that a hotel guide would come tomorrow and solve all the problems, but they brought us to the hotel at 23:00. The hotel administrator immediately offered to arrange us in his second hotel Rios Latte (which is even better than this). We resisted for a long time but had to agree to spend the night there. Upon arrival at the proposed hotel, we realized that this is a way to fill a hotel that is not in demand. It makes no sense to describe the hotel, only the administrator's surprise at our question about cockroaches in the rooms "What do you want - it's the tropics! " says a lot. Then we return by taxi on our own and at about 3 o'clock in the morning we are settled in free and dirty rooms. The room was only cleaned after dinner. The second time to achieve cleaning in the room was a week later.
2. Nutrition: Level 3* Daily soy patties of various types in the morning sausage pieces. For all the time there were chicken pieces of meat every other day, but not everyone got them. From fruits only apples and small plums. Coffee and beer by the pool only in disposable plastic cups. Of the alcohol in the bar, only beer (which is given one glass each)
3. Beach: Pleased only with beautiful water in the sea. Being on the beach under umbrellas is life-threatening. The heavy structure of the umbrella is concreted in a plastic bucket and buried with sand. During our stay, umbrellas fell 2 times. One of them fell next to our sunbeds, 5 centimeters from our heads. And this is almost in the absence of wind. Luckily, I didn't get hurt. The administrator reacted to my complaint in a rude manner, "Well, if you were nailed, I would call an ambulance"
4. There is absolutely no help from the hotel guide and the tour operator's hotline staff.
