Check-in is terrible, we were checked in for the second day, and before that they were taken to another hotel, Rios Latte (horror). After long negotiations with the administration, the tour operator, the next day, we were returned to the Rios Beach hotel and told that there are no rooms, go to the beach. After returning from the beach, again there are no rooms and this story continued until lunch, after negotiations, again, with the tour operator, they finally gave the keys. During the 10 days of stay, the room was cleaned once and you can't call it cleaning, they took away the trash and put toilet paper and that's it. Bedding and towels were never changed. There is only soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. Therefore, you need to have your own (shampoo, soap, gel). You also need to bring your own beach towels. Internet is paid, safe is paid.
As for the dining room, there is respect for Chef Mustafa only for the fact that he tries to cook something from the products that are given to him. There was meat (chicken kebab on the grill) once, and that was done in order to shoot a video and display it as a picture for the website, and so once a day there are pieces of chicken, chicken giblets, cutlets, sometimes fried herring. there was only watermelon and apricots. The only plus in the dining room are the waiters who smile and clean the dishes very quickly.
