The "all inclusive" system assumes the presence of a minimum set of alcohol from 10.00 to the evening. Aha! Tea, coffee and soft drinks are welcome. And the director ordered to save on alcohol by all means. We demanded at least beer, in his presence beer appeared. Disappeared again tomorrow. I personally am against alcohol, but Turkish-made alcoholic drinks are included in the price of the all-inclusive package, so if you please ensure their availability. Or change the status of the hotel and reduce the price.
The director reacted very aggressively to claims, was rude and rude. The operator Tez tour Elvina did not want to conflict with the director and tried to prove to us that in 4 * drinks are not provided, they only take money for them.

I would not recommend this hotel, but the sea there is wonderful. Very clean and warm.
If there was a 3 * hotel and did not position itself as "all inclusive", everything would be in its place.
