I must say right away that we rested earlier in Salima (next door) and in Rixos Tekirova. Crystal Flora is better than Salima and slightly weaker than Rixos. Mainly because of the restaurant. Smaller menu and simpler interior. Small and damp standard rooms in bungalows are all the same, this is not a question for this hotel. In May, there were terry slippers, and with a tiled floor, this is very important! Furniture, plumbing 4+, but cleaning on a solid "4" and this is with a tip. The maids smile, but they don’t understand English even when I asked to come in and clean later. Sometimes poor knowledge of Russian and English was also found among other staff.
But in general, the service is at the level, the waiters are very nimble, they serve tables at lightning speed, and are not intrusive, which is rare in Turkey. Sometimes there were oddities. For example, they brought 1.5 liters of water, but without glasses. We signed up for the a la carte restaurant from the 3rd time. No one immediately warned that from 9-12.00 the entry is conditional, you need to be in time before 9.30. Moreover, the guest relation (German) is not at all friendly to Russian-speakers, and speaks only English and German. The fish restaurant is really not worth visiting, the menu is ordinary, just dinner is waiting for you without queues, to the sound of the surf, with a beautiful view of the sea.
Not the strongest side of the hotel and animation. Although the evening activities are pretty good, overall fun, there are discos for young people and music from the 80s. Shows in the amphitheater were on the level.

The real plus of the hotel is its infrastructure (with 100% occupancy, the number of bars, drinks, places to relax in the shade away from the crowd, sunbeds on the beach allows you to always find a cozy place for yourself where delicious Turkish coffee is brewed, or they will cook a flatbread and treat you with ayran). Picturesque location, well-groomed territory, the duration of the beach - everything is super!
P. S. For the 6th time of staying in hospitable Turkey, I was surprised:
1. the sea used to be warmer than the water in the pool (why not heat the water there in such a cold May? )
2. In the restaurant for dinner, Russian dumplings were cooked once. It was funny to watch how a Muscovite who had already drunk tried to teach the cook to pronounce this dish in Russian)))
I hope no one will be disappointed with their stay in this hotel!
