This is my 18th time at Crystal Flora and it would seem that there is nothing left to write about the hotel that you constantly go to. But no.
Few hotels can boast such a large and well-groomed area. The combination of pine trees and sea air not only heals and heals the lungs, but you also get pleasure from this wonderful smell of pine needles and resin. Direct inhalation in the open air. And the hotter it is, the stronger this aroma becomes. And in general there are a great many flowers, fruit trees and palm trees.
I arrived early in the morning and thought that they would check in at the appointed time, but no. While I was having breakfast, the room had already been prepared and we checked in without any delay. The room, although not new, was clean, everything that needed worked, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a shower with good pressure. So, there's nothing to complain about. Cleaned every day, towels and drinks are also updated. The drinks include not only water, but a whole range of sodas.

We can talk about restaurants and food in general for a long time, but we can’t describe everything. Breakfast is very varied. I am a big fan of cheeses and olives - so for me it’s just paradise. This time there were baby olives - I have never tried these before. They are slightly larger than peas, but delicious. A very pleasant variety to those already loved, and there are 8-9 types of them, not counting the cut options. I didn’t go for lunch, but out of curiosity I went to have a look and, again, you can choose food for every taste: fresh vegetables, greens generally amaze with their juiciness, various main courses, side dishes, soups. And of course the most delicious thing is dinner. Grilled fish (and I am a completely “fishy” person) is always fresh and tasty, there was also tuna, sea bream, trout, sea bass, and salmon. For every taste. All kinds of lula, cutlets, grilled chicken, turkey, beef, lamb and everything in different versions. Do you want it as a single dish, do you want it stewed or in the form of a stew. I can't even list all the options and types.
If it’s not enough for someone, then I can’t imagine how these people eat at home??? ? , fruits are also always in abundance: apples and pears of several types, delicious plums, tangerines, bananas, peaches, nectarines, and where would we be without watermelon and melon. And if you come to this hotel, be sure to go to the a la cart restaurants. It's very tasty there! I always go traditionally to Turkish BBQ and fish. Just a pleasure from the taste and presentation. And what kind of kebab is there - just the most tender, mmmm...you'll lick your fingers. There are also Mexican and Italian. And what else did I forget about food? Oh, yes, after breakfast, near the pool you will be served pizza, all types of fast food, 4 types of gü zleme flatbread, pasta, French fries, nuggets, vegetables and fruits. You can also have a delicious meal at a fish restaurant for lunch. They serve dishes according to the restaurant menu. Beef is beyond praise. The confectionery shop in the Lobby Bar is filled with cakes and ice cream. And coffee! Yes, the coffee there is grain-based and delicious. Few hotels offer such luxury.

Sea. Well what can I say. Kemer has the most beautiful sea. Always clear water. There are many places on the beach, 3 piers. The central beach was made sandy for ease of entry without walking over rocks, like everywhere else on the coast. They specially pumped up sand from rubbish and you can enter completely painlessly.

Of course, I have known many of them for many years and every time I meet with great pleasure. They accept you as if they were your own??? ? , although I am one of hundreds of thousands of tourists. Guest relation - well, this is the holy of holies for all hotel guests. They will listen and help any hotel guest with everything, the girls are very attentive and sensitive.
Melissa generally treats everyone in such a way that you feel like a very special guest. What is worth is that when I had a sore throat a couple of years ago, I overdid it with ice in the heat, she brought me ginger from home and gave me tea, like her own daughter, I still remember this with great gratitude and of course their boss - Ibrahim Bey, always friendly and attentive, helping hotel guests. And many don’t even know that it is he who finds solutions if any problems, questions, or requests from guests arise.
And definitely! Just a must! Go to the spa. Gosha is a huge professional in his field who remembers ALL his clients by name. Rare quality, isn't it? Any massage, therapeutic or relaxing, peeling, hot stone massage, will be selected by a massage master exactly according to your needs.

It's nice to see that the hotel continues to develop every year and does not skimp on development. New modern buildings have been built and, according to rumors, they are gradually going to rebuild all the hotel bungalows. I think that the hotel will become even more attractive in its updated form.
