Having visited this hotel the year before last, and having retained good impressions, unfortunately, we were disappointed with this trip.
Territory: amazing. A well-groomed park, cleanliness, a lot of beautiful, exotic, ordinary, unusual, bright, prickly, odorous, fluffy and various plants. Tall cedars, eucalyptus trees, smooth, cheerful lawns, flower beds with petunias. Winding paths with pointers.
Room: cramped, tiled floor, cardboard walls (which, with neighbors with small children, does not contribute to quality rest, due to sleep deprivation), practically non-working TV, terribly creaky doors.
Cleaning: nothing. rubbish on the floor, bedding turned over (I don’t mind one set per week, but it happened to get dirty, they were replaced only after calling the guest relay).
They called for toilet paper, they also demanded to bring towels, so that there were 4, for four, and not one or two.
Food: below average.
Compared to the year before last, it has lost a couple of points in quality, assortment and taste.
