alex45, what confuses me is that the tour operator can change the hotel (there are such cases - one is booked and taken to another), there may be problems with departures (they change the departure time and do not inform tourists about it, as a result, people themselves get to the airport, random learning about the change in departure time).

The change in departure time is monitored by travel agents from whom you directly bought vouchers and inform you, they did not inform them of their fault. Replacing a hotel is possible only with an equivalent or a class higher, but not lower, and only for objective reasons. If you were deprived of something upon arrival, write a letter of claim to reimburse the losses incurred by you to the tour operator (no later than 20 days), the manager of the travel agency should also help you with this. Club Boran is an excellent hotel and you won't have any serious problems there!!!

Anna-Ritta, I have no doubt that Club Boran Mare is an excellent hotel (my friends rested there - they were delighted with the hotel, and all the reviews about the hotel on tourist sites are only positive, it’s not in vain that it was in the foot almost two months before start of rest). Confirmation is given to you by the hotel, not by the tour operator, so if you booked it, they will accommodate you (in the absence of particularly serious reasons). You also have a transfer in the package of services (paid), there is only one reason not to pick you up from the airport if you are late for it for a personal reason (if not all the tourists on the list are on the bus, they usually wait for another 30-40 minutes). Any tour operator is aware that for non-compliance with his obligations, he will incur costs (subject to your written claims) - once, and loss of image - two. Rested with Tez-Tour, Mostrevel, Pegasus, Sunrise-Tour. There were no problems - everything was clear and on time. I hope that Anex will not lead either! :)

I went with Anex last year. No problems. We met, drove, settled. Well, in reverse order. The plane from Antalya was delayed for two days. Within two hours we were moved to another hotel and lived, roughly speaking, for free before departure.

From my own experience, I can say with Anex I went to my first travel experience with no complaints or questions. Departure and back and forth in time warned, met, brought, taken away. No complaints. But then we rested with more reliable tour operators and there were a lot of questions. Therefore, feel free to go tour operator is not the main thing. What matters is your mood and state of mind.

Two years ago I had a rest from the Anex tour in Boran Mare, the operator himself worked fine (airport-0tel-airport), but upon arrival at the hotel there were problems with checking in, there was no suitable room and I had to wait a day - 4 adults in one room. Then everything was fine, but, they say, this is the usual practice of this hotel. But the hotel is wonderful despite these small costs).
