Replacing a hotel is possible only with an equivalent or a class higher, but not lower, and only for objective reasons. Rested with Tez-Tour, Mostrevel, Pegasus, Sunrise-Tour. There were no problems - everything was clear and on time. I hope that Anex will not lead either! :)

I went with Anex last year. No problems. We met, drove, settled. Well, in reverse order. The plane from Antalya was delayed for two days. Within two hours we were moved to another hotel and lived, roughly speaking, for free before departure.

Two years ago I had a rest from the Anex tour in Boran Mare, the operator himself worked fine (airport-0tel-airport), but upon arrival at the hotel there were problems with checking in, there was no suitable room and I had to wait a day - 4 adults in one room. Then everything was fine, but, they say, this is the usual practice of this hotel. But the hotel is wonderful despite these small costs).
