How to get to Pamukkale from Kemer on your own by public transport?
We were on an excursion to Pamukkale - I really liked Pamukkale, but most of the excursion was taken by trips to shops, centers, etc. I would like to go there myself and calmly see everything without haste, who knows - is it real? Thanks.

Only by taxi, most realistically. But EXPENSIVE!!!

Yes, no taxi is also expensive. If you want a cheaper option, go to Antalya, then take a regular bus to the Pamukkale area, book a hotel there. - 80 dollars Plus a hotel (a day is also somewhere around 30-40 dollars for a two-bed room) Then add the price of entrance tickets (if you want to go anywhere). Actually, it will be more expensive than an excursion, but not much. also such an option. (Taxi is a hussar in Pamukkale). Check right there on Turpravda (it seems to me that people have already traveled on their own, and it was both cheaper and more informative than galloping around Europe.

I knew that they would offer a taxi ... in Turkey, there is no longer any transport, all the locals from Istanbul to Antalya either by peshkarus or by taxi)))
Sorry for the off topic answer, I just couldn't resist not to be sarcastic on the first answer.

You can get from Kemer. First, by minibus, she is dolmush) to Antalya, just before the bus station, minibuses go. Well, at the bus station you buy a ticket for the next bus to Pamukkale.
Considering that you won’t have time to do everything in a day, you really will have to spend the night in a hotel. Not sure if you will win money.

http://www.metroturizm.com.tr/en/index.htm - There is a Turkish site for tourists, here is all the information. The bus does not go to Pamukkale itself, you need to get to Denizli. 4 buses run from Antalya, travel time 4 hours, costs 35 TL, according to the METRO tourist card 28TL-30TL, depending on the bus ( https://online.metroturizm.com.tr/BuyTicket.aspx). And from Denizli, I think there are local buses or minibuses. As an option to stay at a hotel in Denizli (I think the prices there are less than in Pamukal itself)

By the way, through the website www.metroturizm.com.tr you can order tickets online.

From Denizli to Pamukkale 17 km

from Marmaris (not according to Kemer info, but still ...) they took a minibus for 8 people - they paid 500 TL, agreed at a street agency. We left at 7 am, made a stop for breakfast in a beautiful forest (we took food and other things with us), then arrived in Pammukale, walked on our own, swam in Cleopatra as much as we wanted, left back at 7 pm, at our request we made a stop at cafe with ridiculous prices and great food (really not touristy!). Had a great free day. And no shops and other nonsense. I think that in Kemer you can also find such an option.

pysy: The money turned out a little more expensive than if we were going from the agency, but it was worth it!

My sister from Antalya took a taxi to Pamukkale. 4 people - 300$

And I wonder how much an excursion to Pamukkale cost in a street agency in Marmaris? Although it seems that a taxi from Antalya is not very expensive. Was it one way or back and forth?
