Great hotel, iron 5+. Traveled with two children. The check-in was very long, but I think not because of the laziness of the staff, just on the day of our arrival, perhaps 50% of the rooms were settled, buses with people came one after the other (although on the other hand, this can be called poor organization of the check-in). Tipping was not given. The location of the room was excellent. They asked (according to reviews in Turpravda) to settle with children on the second floor, but we were told that the second floors were all occupied and even a tip would not help. The floor on the ground floor is really cold, tiles, but we were practically not in the room, and there were three pairs of women's slippers in the room, the children walked in them. However, living on the first floor has its own plus for families with small children, on the second floor there is an eye for children: a balcony, railings, steps. In addition to slippers, there were two bathrobes in the room. There is a kettle (which is not unimportant for families with children). Housekeeping is normal and quite sufficient, tips do not play a role. The main restaurant is just super, in every way. The food is very varied for both adults and children. At night, we always took a pack of milk for children. The waiters will always respond to your requests, the main thing is not to be shy and ask. A very attentive chef of the main restaurant (unfortunately I did not learn his name) will always help in all matters. Once we visited the Italian restaurant for free, we liked it very much, but it will be difficult with small children, they get bored of the smooth music, the rules of etiquette and the expectation of dishes. Not a bad mini club, it was very hard to get our daughter out of there. Evening disco for children and cartoons. After, the main bar has great live music for every taste. The bar has a huge selection of good cocktails. Young bartenders. Excellent, not intrusive, animation. Animators encouraged and entertained even in the rain. Be sure to do some kind of sport (I played football and bumbinton), otherwise you won’t notice how you gain extra pounds. The territory is all green and crawled out, after the rain they even clean the water. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.
I wanted to give one piece of advice: do not go on free shopping tours, waste of time and a divorce for grandmas, you can negotiate much cheaper near the hotel. Be sure to take a ride on the yacht "TezTour".
