We rested with a child 1 year and 11 months old, so the hotel was chosen rather meticulously (so that later there would be less complaints). The reviews were generally positive, but. . .
1. Territory - super: green, well-groomed, pine air - amazing - solid 5.
2. Nutrition (4 points) - quite varied (and cooked porridge for breakfast, and there was a dietary table), there is always something to eat and how to feed the child (although a lot depends on your child), but it bothered me very much that looking at the dish , it is impossible to say whether it is sharp or not, i. e. today it’s normal, but tomorrow you can’t eat a dish with the same name - you always have to try (especially for a child). Well, the second point: the end of the month of Ramadan fell on our vacation, and there were a lot of Turks in the hotels for 3 days - so at that time the food was much better (this is objectively). Yes, all this was written only about the general restaurant, everything else was not possible to visit.

3. Beach (4 balls). And the point is not that Kemer is pebbles and stones (they chose the region themselves), and not that you can enter the sea only from the right side (it would be possible to remove the stones on the left), but why is the beach not removed? Formally - yes: sunbeds-tables will be placed, but the garbage is lying around. In the middle of the holiday there was a barbecue on the beach and a walk, so confetti was lying on the beach until the end of the holiday. The child perfectly learned what it was "kaka" and carried it to the urn to throw it away (and the urn is a sea - it is not clear why some resting bulls cannot convey plastic dishes). Well, the second minus, the entrance is on the right, with children everyone is trying to be placed on the right, and the toilet is on the opposite side on the left (250-300 meters of jogging - for adults this is a trifle, but the hotel is focused on families with children). By the way, a remark in passing: on the right, the seats were occupied faster than on the left (here you can find a sunbed at 10 o’clock), and there is no hype near the pool at all (after all, the CIS market, not German).
That's all about the good. Let's talk about the bad.
1. Cleaning (1 point). They don’t clean the room in the prince (but we were ready for this), but why do the superiors, who are usually accommodated with infants (in order to put a crib without any problems) clean not in the morning, but during the daytime sleep? I’m not talking about the fact that in other hotels we didn’t notice at all when there was cleaning, but here we asked THREE times at the reception (Russian speaker and everyone understood perfectly) to change the cleaning time: they politely nodded, promised, wrote down something for themselves and that’s it remained unchanged. We still didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign in our room, but we achieved it in three trips (although it’s also not clear to me), then they just hung it up. On the second week they began to clean in the morning, but on the penultimate day they did not clean at all. Somehow for the declared level - not serious. Tips will not affect the quality of cleaning in ANY way, but if you want flowers on the bed, you can leave them. We left tips for cleaning in the morning.
2. Reception (2 points). I wrote above - there was one problem that could not be solved. And the second, when checking in, they asked for a stroller, they said that they didn’t (in the evening), but the next day in the morning they found it (but they didn’t ask the reception, but the meeting staff, and they, after a positive answer and even viewing the stroller, brought to the reception). But to be rude in the open - no one is rude.

Well, and finally, about the neutral - about the settlement. I don't think it's bad or good, I'm just describing the situation. Settled in a room starting with 1xxx. It is closest to the road and reception. Then come the numbers (approximately in rows) 2xxx, 3xxx, etc. 7xxx near the restaurant, pools and the beach. Someone wrote that good numbers start with 5xxx. Maybe even 4xxx. But these are mostly ordinary standards (27 meters seems to be officially announced). And we lived in superior (about 36 meters). I can’t vouch for the numbers, but the size of the superior is significantly larger (that’s why we didn’t want to change the number). Yes, it’s too far to go for a child, but we rented a stroller (on bail), and didn’t return to this issue again. Well, you also need to take into account that our room did not go towards the road, but towards the hotel, all our local entertainment did not reach us, with the doors closed on the balcony there were no problems at all, but we simply did not turn on the air conditioner at night (loud enough and so that the child doesn’t get blown), so I was SOMETIMES woken up by buses arriving at the hotel in the morning (the child and husband didn’t wake up to this noise), and the entertainment program from the neighboring Zigana in the evenings, in my opinion, was heard throughout the hotel (every evening on the balcony listened to her).
Animation simply did not use, so I do not undertake to evaluate. And I would rather attribute the mini-club to the territory (we mostly spent time there on our own).
Well, our conclusion is that if you catch this hotel on a special offer with a good discount, then you can go again (in our experience, the best price was 3 weeks before departure, we took it for 4 - it was not the best discount : -), well , and for 2 and closer - there may not be places for a charter (we chose the time of the charter) - but this is all my personal opinion), and so - next time we will gather in Greece.
